Customer Management Team

The Silex Technology America customer management team is the “voice of the customer.”   This team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing individual relationships and account needs. Major activities include pre-sales support, design and implementation assistance and post-launch logistics and field problem resolution. Our team is responsible for understanding our customers’ business and to align roadmaps to ensure long-term customer relationships.
