Job Description

As an Account Manager at Silex Technology America, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins and achieving revenue quotas in assigned accounts/territories.  Candidate will be expected to have an understanding of complex sales processes and needs to have demonstrated sales success. Must have a successful track record of experience in solution selling and developing director level relationships. The candidate is responsible for establishing, generating and developing the sales objectives for strategic opportunities within the account.

Job Responsibilities

The Account Manager’s purpose is to support the VP of Sales with the ultimate goal of achieving revenue targets in the assigned accounts/territory.

You will participate in team selling activities for Key customers and manage all tiers of customer engagements.   

Other responsibilities include managing our distribution partners, qualifying leads and capturing opportunities in CRM.

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree
  • 2-5 years  sales experience in a technology company
  • Proven ability to learn technical products
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • 25% travel

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with academic accomplishments, skill set and experience. Benefits package is typical of other benefit packages for account managers based in this market.
